Delivery:

Your orders will be dispatched within 3 business days (Monday-Friday) after receiving bank approval. Depending on the distance of the delivery address from our logistics center, the shipping company will deliver your order within 1-3 days. Delivery times for custom-made products may vary depending on production time. The delivery information and times for such products are indicated on the product pages.

In case of any issue originating from our side, you will be informed based on your membership details. Therefore, it is important that your membership information is complete and accurate. No deliveries are made on holidays or public holidays.

All of the products you selected will be delivered to you by the shipping companies we have partnered with under the guarantee of Ecu Fix Dubai. The products you purchased will be confirmed via an email sent to you. If any of the products you selected are not available in stock, an email will be sent to you regarding the issue, and you will be informed of the date the product will be restocked.

Ecu Fix Dubai is an online shopping site. It allows multiple users to shop at the same time. Although rare, it is possible for multiple customers to purchase the same product, causing it to run out of stock. In such cases, if the product you paid for online is not in stock, there is a waiting period of at least 4 (four) days and at most 30 (thirty) days. If the product cannot be provided to the consumer within this period, the payment will be refunded.


Returns:

You can create a return request for the order you received through the "My Orders" section under the "My Account" menu. After creating a return request, the return shipping company will be sent to you via SMS or email. You can deliver your product to the nearest branch of the specified shipping company. Once your package arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected and your return request will be processed as soon as possible. Refunds may take up to 5 business days for credit cards and 15 business days for debit cards. Shipping fees, except for issues caused by missing, incorrect, or shipping-related problems, are the responsibility of the buyer. The return shipping fee will be deducted from the refunded amount, and the remaining amount will be transferred to your account within the specified time frame.
