ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT
The subject of this contract is the sale and delivery of the product, which the BUYER ordered electronically from the ecufixshop.com website, whose features and sales price are specified below. It includes the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 4077 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
ARTICLE 3 - CONTRACTUAL PRODUCT

ARTICLE 4 - GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1 The BUYER declares that they have read, understood, and confirmed the pre-information regarding the main features of the product, the sales price, payment method, and delivery on the ecufixshop.com website in the electronic environment.
4.2 The product subject to the contract is delivered to the BUYER or the person/organization at the address indicated by the BUYER within the period specified on the website, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days for each product, depending on the distance of the BUYER's location.
4.3 If the product subject to the contract is to be delivered to another person/organization, the SELLER cannot be held responsible for the refusal of acceptance by the recipient.
4.4 The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product in a sound, complete manner, in compliance with the features specified in the order, and with the warranty documents and user manuals, if any.
4.5 The signed copy of this contract must be delivered to the SELLER, and the price must be paid by the BUYER in the form of payment chosen by the BUYER. If for any reason the product price is not paid or is canceled in the bank records, the SELLER is deemed to be released from its obligation to deliver the product.
4.6 If the BUYER's credit card is used unauthorizedly or unlawfully by unauthorized persons after the delivery of the product due to no fault of the BUYER, and the related bank or financial institution does not pay the product price to the SELLER, the BUYER is obliged to return the product to the SELLER within 3 days, provided that it has been delivered to them. In this case, the shipping costs will be borne by the BUYER.
4.7 In cases of force majeure or extraordinary circumstances such as weather conditions preventing transportation, the SELLER is obliged to inform the BUYER if it cannot deliver the product within the time frame. In this case, the BUYER may cancel the order, request the product to be replaced with an equivalent product, and/or postpone the delivery time until the impediment is removed. If the order is canceled by the BUYER, the amount paid will be refunded to the BUYER in cash within 10 days.
4.8 Products that are sold with or without a warranty certificate, which are defective or malfunctioning, can be sent to the SELLER for necessary repairs within the warranty conditions. In this case, shipping costs will be covered by the SELLER.
4.9 This contract becomes effective upon being signed by the BUYER and delivered to the SELLER via fax or mail.
Order:
After the total amount of the products added to the shopping cart, including VAT (in installments, the total amount of installments) is approved by the "BUYER", the order is considered placed.
The order processing time is not the moment the order is placed, but the moment the amount of the order is blocked for credit card purchases (Visa, MasterCard), or when the transfer reaches the ecufixshop.com account for bank transfer or cash transfer payments. For cash-on-delivery payments, the order is considered placed when the "BUYER" approves the order.
Once the order is processed, an ORDER CONFIRMATION email is sent to the "BUYER". Shipments are not made without sending the order confirmation email.
For the smooth progress of the procurement, payment, and delivery process, the "BUYER" must wait for the "order confirmation" email. In the event of any delay or problems caused by credit card issues, the "BUYER" will be informed via phone, fax, or email. In necessary cases, the "BUYER" may be asked to contact their bank.
In rare cases, if the product faces a stock issue, the "BUYER" will be immediately informed. The "BUYER's" order will remain valid for 5 days until the stock issue is resolved. If the product/service ordered cannot be supplied by ecufixshop.com, another product of equal value can be sent, or the order can be canceled. If the "BUYER" does not choose one of these options within 3 days, the contract will be terminated, and ecufixshop.com will refund the "BUYER" according to the Consumer Legislation.
Payment Method:
For purchases made on the ecufixshop.com website, the payment method can be credit card, bank transfer (EFT), or cash transfer. You can choose the most suitable bank for the transfer. When making a cash transfer or bank transfer (EFT), the "Sender Information" must match the Billing Information, and the order number must be written. Orders that are not paid within 3 business days are canceled.
Payment on delivery or postal checks are not accepted.
The moment the payment is considered completed is when the amount of the order is blocked for credit card purchases, the transfer reaches the ecufixshop.com account for bank transfers and cash transfers, and the points are deducted from the "BUYER's" account for gift card payments.
If the credit card of the "BUYER" is used unlawfully or unauthorized by unauthorized persons after the delivery of the product, and the relevant bank or financial institution does not pay the product price to the SELLER, the "BUYER" is obliged to return the product to the SELLER within 3 days, provided that it has been delivered to them. In this case, the delivery costs will be borne by the "BUYER".
The "BUYER" agrees that they have read and confirmed the "Shipment and Delivery of Goods/Services" information on the ecufixshop.com website.
Shipment:
The delivery obligation of ecufixshop.com begins when the amount of the order is blocked for credit card purchases, or the transfer reaches the ecufixshop.com account for bank transfers or cash transfers.
For local deliveries within Hatay, cash on delivery can be selected.
Delivery:
The delivery of the goods/services within Hatay is made by ecufixshop.com delivery vehicles, and for deliveries outside Hatay, it is made by cargo companies.
The delivery is made to the address requested by the "BUYER". If the "BUYER" requests delivery to another person or address, the delivery will be made according to this request.
The delivery costs are borne by the "BUYER". If the "BUYER" benefits from a free delivery promotion, the delivery costs will be covered by ecufixshop.com.
If the goods/services are to be delivered to a person/organization other than the "BUYER", ecufixshop.com is not responsible for additional delivery costs due to incorrect shipping information or if the recipient is not at the address.
The delivery time varies from 3 business days within Hatay to 1-5 business days for locations outside Hatay, depending on the address specified by the "BUYER".
For shipment problems, please ensure that your delivery information is complete, and you are present at the delivery address.
Right of Withdrawal:
The "BUYER" may exercise their right to withdraw from the contract within 15 days following the delivery of the goods/services. In the case of defective or malfunctioning products, the shipping fee for returns will be borne by ecufixshop.com.
ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The "BUYER" has the right to withdraw within 15 days of receiving the product. The product must be returned with the original invoice and shipping costs will be covered according to the reason for return.
ARTICLE 6 - CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
Certain goods, such as perishable items, cannot be returned.
ARTICLE 7 - AUTHORIZED COURT
For disputes arising from this contract, the Consumer Courts and Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized.
By placing an order, the BUYER accepts all the terms of this contract.
